| Summary | Power steering system failed when starting the car. Steering wheel was jittery/jerky and was near impossible to turn it; it was very difficult to back it out of a parking space to get it towed. This happened once the service shop replaced a relay and the car was driven home without incident. However, the problem came back the next morning when we started the car again; it cannot be safely driven when the steering wheel starts acting up like this. |
