CAR ON A STRAIGHT ROAD, NO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS. THE COLLISION MITIGATION BRAKING SYSTEMS SHUTS DOWN. THIS HAS OCCURRED DURING BOTH DAY AND NIGHT TIME AND HAS HAPPENED SIX TIMES.
