| Summary | Randomly while driving the steering feel stiff and sticky. After making a turn, sometimes the car will stay stuck in the turn and the steering won’t naturally straighten itself out. When turning the steering wheel, it feels “notchy”. The dealership said because I had a curb mark on my wheel that this was the cause and I needed to pay $3000 for a new rack and pinion. The wheel scraping a curb while parking wouldn’t do this. Also, it’s random. At times the steering is complete normal. |
