2022 Honda Civic Complaint — STEERING (ODI 11558495)
Steering is "sticky", with random resistance encountered, mainly from top center of wheel while making micro adjustments left or right and back to center. It happens almost every time it is driven at various speed. Williams Honda of Elmira, NY looked at my vehicle and determined it was not effected by the steering rack
