| Summary | American Honda has failed or is unable to remedy the defect in my vehicle, without charge and within a reasonable period of time (60 days from the date I first contacted the dealer for a repair appointment). Therefore, I am submitting this complaint as the original safety recall notice suggested. I called them on November 26, 2024 for an appointment. They told me they could not schedule an appointment until the part arrived. It has been 60 days and I still do not have an appointment scheduled. |
