2022 Honda Civic Complaint — VISIBILITY/WIPER (ODI 11498936)
cold weather the wiper blades do not clear the windshield at all. Leaves huge parts of the window not able to see threw. this is at least the 2x to 3x time that this has happen. seems like a big safety issue
