ConsequenceA rearview image that does not display while in reverse decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of injury or crash.
RemedyTesla has released an over-the-air (OTA) software update, free of charge. All affected vehicles have been remedied. Owners may contact Tesla customer service at 1-877-798-3752.
