The Recipient will coordinate the format and distribution of the project’s outcome with the U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh. Elements of the Program Proposal: Organizations (see C. Eligibility Information ) are invited to submit a proposal that includes the need for the project as well as detailed descriptions of how each of the following activities will be administered |
