| Description | FNS intends to award up to $5 million in grants to eligible entities and each applicant may apply for between $20,000 to $2 million in funding. Eligible entities include State agencies administering SNAP; State or local governments; agencies providing health or welfare services; public health or educational entities; or private nonprofit entities, such as community-based or faith-based organizations, food banks, or other emergency feeding organizations.
