| Description | The purpose of this NOFO is to create an Infertility Training Center with available FY2025 funding under the authority of 42 U.S.C. § 300a–1 (Section 1003 of the Public Health Service Act). Through a competitive NOFO, OPA will seek applications to establish and operate an Infertility Training Center to support Title X-funded organizations in expanding and enhancing root cause infertility diagnostic treatments and referrals available to patients at Title X-funded clinics. Applicants may be a public or nonprofit private entity. All activities funded under this NOFO must be in compliance with the Title X statute, as well as the program regulations and legislative mandates, as applicable.
