Cooperative agreements awarded under this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO), the Legal Assistance Enhancement Program (LAEP), will identify and execute enhancements and innovations that improve the quality, effectiveness, accessibility, and availability of legal assistance offered to older adults in key areas of significant impact, as specifically delineated in the NOFO.
