DescriptionThe NHLBI intends to publish a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to solicit applications for the Stimulating Access to Research in Residency Transition Scholar (StARRTS) Career Development program. The goal of the StARRTS program is to help ensure that highly trained scientists are available in appropriate scientific disciplines to address the Nation's biomedical, behavioral, and clinical research needs.
