Proposals should directly support one or more of the following objectives: o Promote Economic Opportunity and U.S. Collaboration o Showcase U.S.-Libyan Partnership and Shared Values o Support Libya’s Unity, Stability and Security Projects involving alumni of U.S. Government exchange programs are strongly encouraged. |
