Dosage2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Adults : Clarithromycin tablets 250 mg or 500 mg every 12 hours for 7 to 14 days ( 2.2 ) H. pylori eradication (in combination with lansoprazole/amoxicillin, omeprazole/amoxicillin, or omeprazole): Clarithromycin tablets 500 mg every 8 or 12 hours for 10 to 14 days.
