| Warnings | WARNING: EMBRYO-FETAL TOXICITY, HYPERSENSITIVITY REACTIONS, SEVERE ADVERSE REACTIONS, and RISK OF MEDICATION ERRORS Methotrexate tablets can cause embryo-fetal toxicity, including fetal death.
