| Dosage | 2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Administration Instructions ( 2.1 ): • For intravenous infusion preferably into a large central vein. • Prior to administration, evaluate renal, cardiac and pulmonary status, and correct fluid and electrolyte imbalances.
