| Dosage | 2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION The recommended dosage of RYBREVANT is based on baseline body weight and administered as an intravenous infusion after dilution. ( 2.3 , 2.4 ) Administer prophylactic and concomitant medications as recommended to reduce the risk of dermatologic adverse reactions. ( 2.6 ) Administer via a peripheral line on Week 1 and Week 2 to reduce the risk of infusion-related reactions.
