| Dosage | 2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Do not initiate treatment with sertraline hydrochloride capsules. Use another sertraline hydrochloride product for initial dosage, titration, and dosages below 150 mg once daily ( 2.1 ) Recommended dosage is 150 mg or 200 mg once daily ( 2.1 ) Maximum recommended dosage is 200 mg once daily ( 2.1 ) Swallow capsules whole.
