| Summary | The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine under the Clean Air Act (CAA) that the Berrien, Michigan and Muskegon, Michigan areas have attained the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS or standards).
