| Summary | The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for various helicopters. This proposed AD was prompted by a report of a loss of tail rotor authority due to auxiliary system fluid loss caused by a yaw pedal damper housing fatigue fracture and attachment bolt fatigue fracture.
