This action amends Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal Airways V-14, V-192, V-210, and V-221 in the vicinity of Muncie, Indiana. The FAA is taking these actions due to the planned decommissioning of the VOR portion of the Muncie, IN, VOR/Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) navigational aid (NAVAID).
