Hexythiazox; Pesticide Tolerances
This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of the insecticide hexythiazox and its metabolites in or on lemon/lime, subgroup 10-10B at 0.6 parts per million (ppm). This regulation also establishes separate regional tolerances for grapefruit, subgroup 10- 10C (CA, AZ, TX only) at 0.5 ppm and orange, subgroup 10

Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), Gowan Company submitted a petition to EPA requesting that EPA establish a maximum permissible level for residues of this pesticide. |
