On May 30, 2025, NHTSA published a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) proposing to remove obsolete directives from the phase-in reporting requirements. The agency received no comment on the proposed changes to the phase-in reporting requirements, and therefore the agency is adopting the changes in this final rule. NH
