Nieh, Chairman of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or Commission), and on April 21, 2026, Governor Mark Gordon of the State of Wyoming, signed an amended Agreement as authorized by Section 274b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (AEA).

Nieh, Chairman of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or Commission), and on April 21, 2026, Governor Mark Gordon of the State of Wyoming, signed an amended Agreement as authorized by Section 274b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (AEA).
