| Who can participate | Inclusion Criteria: * Adult patients * Possible or definitive diagnosis of infective endocarditis due to Enterococcus faecalis * Signed informed consent of patients Exclusion Criteria: * Allergy to penicillins or cephalosporins * Pregnancy and lactation * Polymicrobial infection including microorganisms different to E. faecalis |
