Who can participateInclusion Criteria: 1. Age: ≥18 years and ≤80 years; 2. Non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed by pathology (including histology or cytology); 3. Having measurable lesions (according to RECIST 1.1 criteria, the long diameter of CT scan of tumour lesion is ≥10mm, the short diameter of CT scan of lymph node lesion is ≥15mm, the thickness of scanning layer is not more than 5mm, and the measurable lesion has not received local treatment such as radiotherapy, cryotherapy, etc.); 4. ECOG PS: 0-2 points; 5. Expected survival ≥ 3 months; 6. Adequate hepatic function, defined as total bilirubin levels ≤ 1.5 times the upper limit of normal (ULN) and alanine aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels ≤ 2.5 times the ULN in all patients; 7.
